Dr. Marino is a registered Clinical/Counselling Psychologist with the College of Psychologists of Ontario, in good standing. He graduated with his Doctorate from the University of Toronto in 2001. In addition to his private practice where he provides Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy treatment in the areas of depression, generalized anxiety, chronic pain, PTSD and psychophysiological insomnia, he also conducts Independent Insurer Examinations, Disability Assessments, WSIB Evaluations and sleep consultations, he also held a position with the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board as a psychology consultant in the Clinical Services Branch for four years, as well as North York General Hospital Adult Clinical Services and Ontario Correctional Institute. Mental health services also include Critical Stress Debriefing. He is a Certified Clinical Analyst for Penile Plethysmograph/phallometric testing. He is a member of the Canadian Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology (CRHSPP), Canadian Academy of Psychologists in Disability Assessment, Ontario Psychological Association and Canadian Sleep Society. He is also qualified as an expert in Psychology by FSCO arbitrators and is permitted to give expert testimony on areas within his scope of expertise. Lastly, he also sat as Vice President for the Board of Directors at the META Centre, and is currently a Board Member.
Dr. Monique Costa El-Hage is a Registered Psychologist with the College of Psychologists of Ontario, in good standing. She graduated from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto in 2007. She received formal clinical training at York Central Hospital, working with children and adolescents with anxiety and mood issues, as well as at The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health in the Youth Concurrent Disorder Program, where she worked with youth with substance use and concurrent emotional and psychological issues.Dr. Monique Costa El-Hage conducts psychological assessments, psychoeducational assessment, along with individual and group therapy. She works from a cognitive-behavioural framework. She is also a certified Cogmed Practitioner.
Mr. Paul Capobianco is a Register Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), in good standing. He obtained his Master of Counselling Psychology (M.A.) degree from Trinity Western University (2004) and is a member of the Canadian Psychological Association (CPA). In addition to providing Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) treatment, assisting with various psychological assessments and conducting psychometric evaluations within private practice settings since 2000, he was also employed from 2000 to 2012 as an individual and group co-facilitator for the Hamilton/Niagara Community Sex Offender Program under the direction of Correctional Services of Canada (CSC). He is also a Certified Clinical Analyst for Penile Plethysmograph/phallometric (PPG) testing.
Ms. Nicole Azizli is a Registered Psychotherapist (reg. # 004611) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She received her Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (2013) from Western University and her Masters degree in Counseling Psychology (2016) from Adler University in Toronto. She received formal clinical training at Counseling and Disability Services at York University working with adults with anxiety and mood issues, as well as at St. Joseph's Health Care working with patients with psychosis. Ms. Azizli currently assists with conducting psychological assessments, as well as providing psychotherapy to individuals and couples. She holds a certificate in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (from Adler University) and has experience providing interpersonal, client-centered, mindfulness-based and emotional-focused therapies.
